Join me after Strength and Stretch on Thursday, October 17 for an opportunity to write down something that you’d like to let go of: a previous hurt, a bad habit, a negative assumption you have about someone. Then toss it into the fire and watch it go. We’ll follow with s’mores — I’ll provide all the fixins’!
