Fire Circle -- What Can You Let Go Of?

Join me after the Gentle Flow Class for a fire in the firepit on my patio.  You will have the opportunity to reflect on something in your life that you would like to release (e.g., anger towards someone, a habit, a fear).  We will write this down on a slip of paper, place it in the fire, and LET IT GO.

 You are then welcome to stay for a bit while we roast some marshmallows!
