Yoga Nidra -- Special Date and Time!

Also known as Yogic Sleep, yoga nidra is an opportunity for the body to truly relax.  Jennie will lead you through a short guided meditation where all you have to do is relax and breathe.  Feel free to bring an extra blanket and a pillow.  Join us on this special date and time, immediately following the 7:30 p.m. Yin class!  Free to those with a current class pass.  Without a pass, $10.
