Donation-Based Gentle Flow

Join me for Gentle Flow on Tuesday, November 13 at 7:30 pm. This will be a donation-based class. All monies collected will be donated to the Give Back Yoga Foundation which supports and funds research-based, clinically tested yoga programs for marginalized populations. These include veterans, those struggling with body image, those in prisoned, and folks being treated for cancer.  More details on the foundation below.
